This new home was built with its straight lines and soft pallet timbers so the bright and artistic personality of its family was the focus point.
You can’t help but smile and feel welcome when you come to the bright yellow front door; the entrance is a custom bookshelf hallway full of books for visitors to enjoy when they stay in the self-contained living area on the first floor. The polished concrete is right on trend though does not steal the show from the beautiful art work.
Soft pallet timber stairs take you to the second level into the open plan living, kitchen, dining, deck and gorgeous views of the park across the way. The nib wall above staircase was custom painted by a local artist and is a real show stopper!
I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Tobi for a new build or renovation. With their guidance we came in under budget on our new home build, and from breaking ground to moving in was just 4 months. I firmly believe this was because of excellent relationship we built with Paul from the very first meeting, and the openness of communication the whole way through the process. In the rare instance that Paul didn’t answer the phone, our calls were always returned within hours and any issues resolved smoothly and most importantly – pragmatically. We have been in our new home for 6 years now and are happy to report that the quality is beyond reproach and Paul and Tobi have been available even years later for any questions or queries. I would absolutely renovate or build with them again. It was a pleasure.
