With a growing family of boys, Jo & Craig decided it was time to give them some space of their own and create a place for themselves to work, relax and enjoy. We lifted the original house and reconfigured the top floor to include this stunning Hamptons kitchen with an abundance of storage, off which the outdoor dining overlooks the bespoke pool. On this floor is also the master suite, main bathroom and office. Then the fun begins downstairs with a huge kids retreat with study nook and the boys bedrooms, bathroom, laundry/mudroom for those footy boots and swimming gear. This build is a classic example of beautiful functionality.
