All of our staff and contractors are local tradespeople that have been with PTF Constructions for many years. Face to face weekly meetings with Paul and the relevant trades for each stage of the job is imperative for both our clients and us. Invariably little things need tweaking throughout the build or renovation and regular meetings ensure everybody is well informed, and the schedule is not interrupted due to lack of communication.

Providing regular communication and plenty of options for our clients is the most important thing to us. Whilst you may initially think you have everything just the way you want it on the plan, as the construction happens you may get new ideas, or something may not be as functional as you thought it might be. It is fundamental that as a client you can walk around a site with a person specialising in that area to give you options, instead of working out of a catalogue or blind over the phone.
