We were engaged by developers David & Nicki to transform a post war workers cottage to the grand home it is today, it was one of the last in the street to be renovated. We took it back to almost bare bones, lifted and reconfigured the top floor into a large living area with kitchenette at the rear, luxurious bathrooms and bedrooms galore. The building underneath includes open plan kitchen and full butler’s pantry with climate control wine storage, fireplace in the main living area, and gorgeous bathroom with a stunning barn door slider. The outdoor living area is literally to die for – with outdoor kitchen, pool and fire pit. This home is so beautiful David & Nicki almost kept it and moved in! Simple elegance at its best!
Nicky and I could not have been happier with the professional work done by the team at PTF construction. It all started from the design right through to the final clean. Paul was great with his input on the design not just at the start but right through the process as some changes were required on the run, to make the project what it is today. I guess the biggest thanks should go to the construction manager Duncan who was on site all day everyday making sure all the trades were running smoothly and dovetailed into the project perfectly. The rest of the PTF team were also amazing, polite, efficient and most of all had great attention to detail. The attention to detail is obviously imperative when you are building a house worth well over $2 million dollars. I can confidently recommend PFT for all construction projects.
