Another sloping block uitlised superbly, with views of Suncorp Stadium a huge deck was definitely in order!

With that done the kitchen was customised in French Provincial style with servery to the deck and living areas.

Pressed metal ceilings, timber bifold doors and old style fixtures and fittings – it was impressive enough to win both Regional and State awards in the highly competitive Master Builders Renovation category 2009.

The second stage to this home is the excavation and build-in down stairs to accommodate some more living area. This build was completed July 2010 and also won a regional Master Builders Award.
