This Project evolved from the original concept of replacing the existing carport with a new lock up garage with an open patio on top that provided a beautiful view to the east of QSAC Stadium and Toohey Forest.

During design, Warren decided to extend a deck to the back and utilise the space underneath as a BBQ and/or exercise area. Warren’s Uncle is his architect and he suggested connecting the deck to the house to make the space more functional.

With savvy design this extension created; alfresco living/entertainment area (with the option/flexibility of enclosing the spaces in future if desired) and Patio under deck as well as his initial requirement of new double lock up garage.

The mix of beautiful timbers and textured blocks are off set with a stunning lighting plan accommodating any mood.
