I cannot speak more highly of Paul and how he handled any (minor) issues that we had. The building inspector told us how well it was all built, and for the tiny little fixes we needed, Paul was just a delight to deal with. Nothing was a problem, and he chased everything down so I didn't need to worry. It was just simply fixed. I highly recommend him to you if you are thinking of doing any renovations of a pre-war building, or any other constructions within his field.Load more

We engaged PTF constructions to do an extensive renovation on our 1890’s workers cottage, which was our first major build. Right from the beginning of the process Paul communicated effectively and patiently with us and educated us through each new learning curve. He kept to our agreed timelines and worked closely with us on maintaining our budget without sacrificing quality. When challenges arose, he dealt with them efficiently and professionally, sourcing new suppliers or contractors to fulfil the particular requirements of our build if needed. If we had a query Paul seemed to be able to find answers immediately and behind the scenes, Tobi kept the administration of the build tightly organised!
